Vestibular rehabilitation
Vestibular rehabilitation focuses on evaluating, analyzing, and treating disorders of the vestibular system. This approach promotes recovery and symptom improvement through targeted exercises and specific maneuvers to reposition the semicircular canals.
Treatment includes repositioning exercises and techniques such as habituation, substitution, and compensation to reduce dizziness and minimize its recurrence and intensity.
